When we experience trauma, it can get stuck in parts of your brain and body. Our work together allows it to be processed by your whole brain, and by extension, your body. Your internal experience doesn’t have to feel like walking through a haunted house anymore.
We'll use techniques that help like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), but also that dark, sarcastic humor that’s helped you to get through all this stuff to bring that on edge feeling down and experience yourself as more grounded.
Between you, me, and those fancy therapies we’ll navigate the minefield of pain so you can come out the other side, believing to your core that you have been whole all along.
